About OwnerRoute OwnerRoute is a free discussion forum for people who buy, flip, hold and finance the houses most buyers walk past: foreclosures and sheriff sales, estates, fixer-uppers, manufactured homes on land, and the deals banks will not touch. It is run by Oettinger Management Group, LLC, a privately held real estate operating group in Jeffersonville, Indiana, that buys and sells houses in Southern Indiana and Kentucky through its own companies. We built the forum because the questions we answer every week deserve a public, searchable home, and because investors in other states have the same questions with different rules.
